What happened?

On the night of August 19, a powerful explosion was heard on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea, which was heard in several areas of the peninsula.

This is reported by the Ukrainian media with reference to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel.

“A loud explosion is reported to occur in Simferopol and Perevalne. The explosion was also heard in the Bakhchisarai district and Alushta, ”the publication says.

No additional details have been announced so far.

Representatives of the local occupation “authorities” have not yet commented on the situation.

Local residents write that car alarms went off in some villages of the Bakhchisarai region as a result of the explosion.
