"According to the statement of the Minsk City Prosecutor's Office, information products in the form of a foreword by Yazep Yanushkevich to the book, as well as the texts of the works "Floating Winds", "Old Man's Talk", attributed to V. Dunin-Martsinkevich and included in the final part under the title "DUBIA" of the series "Belaruski Knihazbor" Selected Works / Vintsent Dunin-Martsinkevich, are recognised as extremist materials," reports the Prosecutor's Office of Minsk.

"Floating Winds", "Old Man's Talk" - poems published during the uprising of Kastus Kalinouski, they call for the fight against the empire.
