'Russian Special Services Allergic To Kadyrov'

The head of Chechnya may be used for radical political scenario in Russia.

The former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service, Army General Nikolai Malomuzh, revealed in an interview with Glavred, who may be an ally of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov in order to implement a radical political scenario in Russia.

I'll put it bluntly - the military special services and the intelligence service are allergic to Kadyrov because he constantly put pressure on Putin and tried to compete with the security and law enforcement agencies.
