Migrant From Belarus Attacks Polish Border Post

After an unsuccessful attempt, the migrant attacked the border guards’ car.

On the morning of July 18, an incident occurred with a man, a fence, a pole, a stick and stones on the Polish-Belarusian border near Dubicze-Cerkiewne, the Polish border service reported.

“A foreigner from Belarus tried to destroy the Polish border post with the coat of arms and the inscription ‘Polska’ by hitting it with a stick. The man also threw stones, glass was broken in the border guards’ car,” the border service said and published a video.

The video shows a man in a hat first poking a long stick into the upper part of the pillar, where the coat of arms is usually located, then attempting to damage the lower part. However, it looks like the pole was not damaged. Then the stranger began to throw stones through the fence.
