Ukrainian Border Guards Confirm Arrival Of ‘Wagnerites’ In Belarus

Separate groups move into the country from the territory of Russia.

Ukrainian border guards have recorded separate groups of representatives of the Wagner PMC on the territory of Belarus.

Andriy Demchenko, the speaker of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, said this, according to the Telegram channel of the office.

“As of now, the information available shows that certain groups of the PMC representatives have begun to be observed in Belarus, they are moving from the territory of Russia,” said the representative of the State Border Guard Service.

According to Demchenko, now the border guards are monitoring the situation to set up the place of deployment, the number and tasks of the mercenaries.

Relocation of the “Wagnerites” to Belarus

After the unsuccessful rebellion of Wagner PMC boss Yevgeny Prigozhin, some of his mercenaries were promised to be moved to Belarus. The leader himself allegedly was supposed to arrive there.

For several weeks there was no official confirmation of the redeployment of the Wagnerites.
