Breakthrough To Crimea: Russians Fall Into Trap On Oleshki-Armyansk Bridgehead

The Armed Forces of Ukraine can surround a large grouping of the Russian Federation with one maneuver.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are advancing in the Bakhmut direction and will shoot Russians there, as if in a shooting range. In the southern direction, the command of the Russian Federation prepared to surrender a large bridgehead and retreat to the Crimea. The invaders are already “digging in” in the Crimea in anticipation of an offensive by Ukrainian troops.
This was told to Channel 24 by military expert, retired colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, pilot-instructor Roman Svitan. He noted that the Russians cannot fight in the encirclement — they either surrender or run away.
Armed Forces of Ukraine will shoot Russians in Bakhmut, as in a shooting range
Svitan noted that the Russians would counterattack in the Bakhmut direction. Klishchiivka is located in a lowland, south of the dominant height, which we took to control Bakhmut. The same height controls Klishchiivka itself.
The expert explained that now there is a movement along the heights, and then there will be a cleaning of the lowlands from there. This is the best option chosen by the Ukrainian generals.
“We occupied the heights, and then we will begin shooting Russian troops in the lowlands, as if in a shooting range,” the colonel of the reserve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized.
This, according to him, is what is happening in the south of Bakhmut. Similar is also in the north — in the area of Berkhivka and Kurdyumivka, towards Horlivka.
Offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the South
The reserve colonel noted that Oleshki of the Kherson region is a serious foothold in the South. Access to this city and taking it under control means full readiness to force the Dnipro in the Kherson and Oleshki regions, and then the development of the Ukrainian offensive towards the Azov coast.
“As soon as we appear on the left bank with heavy equipment, the Russians will leave the Oleshki-Armyansk triangle,” Svitan said.
According to him, as soon as the Armed Forces of Ukraine begin to get HIMARS to Armyansk, the invaders will immediately start to flee, otherwise they will die. After all, the Russians cannot fight in the encirclement — they either surrender or run away.
In the meantime, Svitan added, everything is tied to the movement along the Zaporizhzhia direction, since it is better to do this in parallel. That is, to execute it simultaneously with two strikes, so that the Russians do not have enough reserves to close these lines.
Why is the enemy digging in in the Crimea
Svitan noted that the Russians predict at least 3 types of our movement to the Crimea. They are preparing against these methods of entry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine onto the peninsula. Namely:
the first way is by land through Armyansk;
the second is by aviation through the transfer of troops;
the third is marine with the help of boats.
Therefore, according to him, the occupiers are preparing the northwestern and western coasts of the Crimea and, of course, the crossings — the area of Perekop, Chonhar, and the Arabat Spit. So far, the priority for the enemy is Perekop and the western coast of the peninsula.
Therefore, the AFU reserve colonel added, the Russians are now digging in, that is, they are waiting, in particular, for our naval assault in the Crimea.
