Syrsky Visits Front Line In Lyman Direction

The commander has set objectives to prepare for the offensive.

Commander of the AFU Ground Forces Oleksandr Syrsky has visited the Lyman direction and awarded the soldiers performing combat tasks at the frontline.

Syrsky has informed about it on his telegram channel.

"Lyman direction. Our units and subunits continue to hold the occupied positions, repel all attempts of the enemy to advance in the areas of Bilogorivka, Sporne, Novoselivske, Torske, inflicting significant losses in personnel and equipment," he noted.

Syrsky also said that he met with the commanders of units and subunits carrying out tasks at the front's hottest spots. They discussed possible scenarios in this direction and the current situation at the front.

"He noted that the time would soon come when we would move on to active offensive operations, and set specific tasks for preparing for them. He thanked and rewarded the soldiers of the 10th SMABr, 54th SMBr, 81st SAABr, 95th SAABr, 92nd SMBr on the frontline. From officer to soldier, all honourably fulfil their duty to the Ukrainian people," he summed up.
