On May 16, Ethiopian Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Demeke Mekonnen met with the Belarusian delegation in Addis Ababa. It turned out that it includes the middle son of Aliaksandr Lukashenka — Dzmitry Lukashenka.

In the message of the Ethiopian Foreign Ministry, Dzmitry Lukashenka was named the honorary consul of Ethiopia in Belarus.

Lukashenka’s middle son was present at a meeting with the infamous businessman Aliaksandr Zingman.

Aliaksandr Zingman is a businessman who is engaged in various projects in Africa, an honorary consul of Zimbabwe in Belarus. In 2021, he got into a scandal in the Congo: he was arrested for several days on suspicion of supplying weapons.

Zingman's name is associated with AFTRADE DMCC, registered in the UAE. In March 2023, it became known that the government of Kenya planned to buy Belarusian tractors, harvesters, dump trucks and other equipment from the company in the amount of $320 million.

It is also known that Aliaksandr Zingman, together with Siarhei Sheiman, the son of Viktar Sheiman, were the beneficiaries of the gold mining business in Zimbabwe.
