The drone was carrying 17 kilograms of explosives.

A drone recently found in the Moscow region may relate to an attempted assassination on Putin's life.

"The 17 kilograms of explosives were meant to kill Putin," the German publication Bild wrote.

The story specifies that the UJ-22 drone may have left Ukraine on Sunday afternoon and crashed near Moscow on Monday.

"This is Ukraine's most advanced medium-range drone with a flight range of up to 800 kilometres. Its destination: a newly built industrial park near Moscow - 500 kilometres from Ukraine," German journalists wrote.

It is noted that the crash site is about 20 kilometres east of the Rudnevo industrial park, where drones are to be manufactured.

The authors of the article report that the drone was carrying 30 C4 explosive blocks with a total weight of 17 kilograms.

"The M112 explosive charges are used, in particular, by the US Army and the Canadian Armed Forces," the article said.

Meanwhile, the opinion of Ukrainian political scientist Yury Romanenko is cited. He associates the situation with the crash of the drone near Moscow and an attempt to eliminate the dictator of the Russian Federation.

He recalled that Putin was going to visit Rudnevo on Monday (it was the same day the fallen drone near Noginsk was found).
