Telegram Channel: Regime Is Going To Grab Deposits Of Belarusians

The Belarusian Intelligence Telegram channel, which specializes in insider information from Lukashenka’s entourage, writes about the measures that the regime plans for regulating the economy in the future:

“They compiled a list of enterprises subject to "economic mobilization". There are two nominal categories: production and transport. Innovation: the introduction of temporary emergency state management and the possibility of withdrawing inventory items for defence needs under the guarantee of subsequent compensation by the state.

Lukashenka's secret decree provides for "fixing acting managers at enterprises" with fixing responsibility for failure to fulfil the tasks set. The heads of enterprises are becoming "serviles". Officials who are obliged to fulfil the tasks and plans of the state defence orders under the threat of criminal responsibility. In fact, they are going to temporarily nationalize the industrial and transport sectors of the economy. Dismissals and transfers of personnel have been cancelled. All able-bodied people will be "assigned" to their enterprises.

Interesting fact. Lukashenka provides for a special tax regime in the same "secret decree". The Tax Inspectorate and the National Bank will unilaterally receive the right to immediately freeze any funds of legal entities and the peremptory right to write off the necessary amounts of money from accounts. They are testing special software now. The regulations of the decree also provide for freezing and partial withdrawal of deposits of individuals under state guarantees of return.

All of the above measures are only part of a comprehensive plan being developed and constantly improved. The Security Council and the Presidential Administration develop and implement it secretly from the Belarusian society. Sources say that Lukashenka's plans are very reminiscent of the laws developed by Stalin during the war in terms of the severity of the measures.
