Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov arrived at the State Department this evening, March 14. His visit is connected to Russia shooting down a US drone over the Black Sea.

CNN adds that according to a senior State Department official, the Russian ambassador is due to meet with Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs Karen Donfried.
