Ukrainian Armed Forces Made Powerful Breakthrough South Of Antonivka Bridge

A new bridgehead on the left bank of the Dnipro in the Kherson region has been liberated.

Soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were able to make powerful advances on the left bank of the Dnipro in the Kherson region.

As analysts from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said in their report, Ukrainian defenders advanced significantly further south under the Antonivka Highway Bridge north of Oleshky. It is 7 km south of Kherson and 4 km from the Dnipro River.

Analysts, citing Russian sources, claim that the Ukrainian Armed Forces maintain their positions in Krynki, despite Russian efforts to oust them from the settlement.

One of the Russian military officers said that seven Ukrainian “assault groups” are allegedly operating on the left bank of the Dnipro. Ukrainian defenders also continue operations along the road near Podstepne and Kozachi Laheri.
