The opposition has likely won 248 seats in the 460-seat lower house of parliament.

There are “late poll” results of the elections in Poland, onet.pl reports.

Late poll data is research that predicts elections based on partial data collected from randomly selected polling stations, allowing results to be accurately predicted before official data is available.

The ruling Law and Justice (PiS) political party is leading in the parliamentary elections – 36.6%.

Civil Coalition (KO) was the second – 31%.

Third Way (PSL) – 13.5%.

The Left – 8.6%.

Confederation – 6.4%.

According to the research results: PiS won 198 seats in the lower house of parliament, the Sejm, Civic Coalition (KO) – 161 seats, Third Way – 57 seats, The Left – 30 seats, and Confederation – 14 seats.

Opposition parties - Civil Coalition (KO), Third Way and The Left - could win 248 seats out of 460.

Despite the fact that the ruling party is in the lead, the opposition has a real chance to form a government.
