When Will They Start Blasting Houses In Moscow?

The Russians are afraid — and rightly so.

In the autumn of 1999, Vladimir Putin found himself in an unusual situation: he was already in power, but he had not yet won. The election was just over six months away, and in order to secure his position, he needed to mobilize his electorate and present himself as a strong leader capable of bringing order.

In Russia they began to blow up houses — including on Guryanov St. and Kashirskoye Highway— right on time. Putin used this as a pretext for a second Chechen “special operation”.

Today's position of Putin is very reminiscent of those times. Power, though shaky, is still there. But victory is not.

Public utilities workers in Moscow say that, according to the decree of the authorities, every fifth house should now be equipped with air raid devices, and bomb shelters should be cleared and ready for use.

Since there is no real threat of bombing Moscow, it is created artificially in order to frighten people and mobilize them. But even from a fake gun hanging on the stage, they shoot in some act.

Therefore, I think that something will explode in Moscow, as it once happened on Guryanov St., at the moment when Putin will need to receive the moral support of the Russians in order to move forward.

And since Ukrainian drones are successfully penetrating deep into Russian territory, there’s no need to look for the culprits will not even.
