Footage of the battle near Bakhmut.

Soldiers of the 81st Airborne Assault Brigade of the AFU showed footage of the hunt for a Russian armored vehicle that tried to break deep into Ukrainian positions near Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast.

The information was made public in the Telegram channel Bavovna.

Thanks to the video from the Stugna cameramen, it is possible to see the targeting and the shot hitting the Russian armored vehicles.

The fist seconds of the video show a monitor used by fighters to track the advance of the Russian BMP.

Having assessed the speed of the enemy's vehicle, they set the sight in a certain position - somewhat ahead of the vehicle's way.

The command "Fire" is heard and the shell goes in the direction of the enemy. In less than half a second, there is a brilliant hit.

For some time, the Russian BMP was still moving, seems to be by inertia.

It should be noted, Stugna-P is a Ukrainian anti-tank missile system developed by the Luch Bureau. This ATMS can hit the target at the distance of 50 km up to 5 km, breaking through the 800 mm thick armor.

Stugna-P approximately costs $125k (half the price of the American Javilin). The cost of one shot is $18-20 thousand (equal to the price of a shot from the NLAW).

The video doesn't show clearly enough which BMP was destroyed by Stugna. Therefore, the monetary loss of the Russian population can be estimated rather roughly: from $200,000 if it was BMP-1 - up to $200,000. If it was BMP-2- up to $ 2 million.

One can summarize that the two Stugna operators destroyed a Russian armored vehicle filled with 10 units of Russian army manpower. Stugna used a missile that is 55 times cheaper than the Russian BMP.
