Video Fact: Helmet Saves AFU Soldier From Russian Bullet In Soledar

The Ukrainian military man celebrated his "second birthday".

On January 10, a video from AFU fighters, which they filmed during combat operations in Soledar, Donetsk region, appeared online.

The information was made public on the Telegram channel Supernova+ War With Russia.

The video shows three Ukrainian servicemen. All around is snow-covered, so the footage was made in the coming days. The event takes place among a group of private buildings, possibly on the outskirts of Soledar.

A voice-over congratulates the fighter on his birthday and asks him to lower his head.

At one point it becomes clear why there is an unscheduled celebration today: the fighter's helmet bears the marks of a Russian bullet.

As the video testifies, the bullet pierced through the helmet. The trajectory hit the top of the protective helmet.

The soldier took off his helmet: the "hair", as they say, was just slightly damaged, the cameraman shouted.

One of the fighters shows the Victory sign and tells: The 46th, 128th, 161st Brigades and the National Guard continue to hold Soledar.
