Smartphones are now "outlawed" at the plant.

Grodno Azot General Director has decided to prohibit the use of smartphones by employees of all departments within the plant since November 1.

There are exceptions - executives and their deputies. Smartphones will have to be placed in a special cell before work. This follows from the protocol provided by a reader of the Telegram-channel "Basta!"

The editorial board of Telegram-channel asked a former employee of Grodno Azot to comment on the document:

- Initially, the ban on phones applied only to explosive areas; there was an appropriate sign on these premises,. It was forbidden on safety considerations.

In this case, the ban expresses only a fear that some conversations with supervisors may be recorded. Or the fear of leaking information about accidents at the enterprise, for example - photos of equipment failures.

What other interesting things does the document have?

- They will return filling reports by hand.

- Sanctions imposed by the EU resulted in problems with repair of Siemens gas-turbine units.

- When buying new electrical equipment, one should always consider replacing imported products with Belarusian and Russian-made electrical equipment. The quality of the latter is omitted.
