Propagandist Solovyov Throws Fit Over 'Feckless Russian Command'

The Kremlin's mouthpiece has declared that war has come to Russia.

He published his angry message to the Russian army leadership on telegrams, TSN reported.

"What we really need now is the mobilization of construction equipment in the border regions. Defence lines must be built quickly, qualitatively, to great depth.
