The dictator is also responsible for human casualties, injuries and destruction in Ukraine.

The European Union Considers Alexander Lukashenka's regime in Belarus as a co-aggressor in the war that Russia is currently waging against Ukraine.

This is stated in a statement by the EU during a special meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna, Ukrinform reports.

“President Putin's full-scale war against Ukraine is a grave violation of international law and the UN Charter and undermines European and global security and stability. The UN General Assembly adopted a historic resolution last week. The resolution showed that the international community is unanimously opposed to Russia's war of aggression. Russia, with the involvement of the Lukashenka's regime in Belarus as a co-aggressor, is fully liable for the human casualties, injuries and destruction,” said in a statement.

The European Union also demanded that Russia "to stop the hostilities immediately, withdraw all the troops from the entire territory of Ukraine and fully respect the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine within internationally recognized borders and territorial waters" and " to stop its campaign of disinformation and cyberattacks".

“We also repeat our call on Belarus not to contribute to Russian aggression and to abide by its international obligations. The EU strongly supports Ukraine's inherent right to self-defence, and also the efforts of the Ukrainian armed forces to protect its territorial integrity and population of Ukraine in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter,” the EU said in the statement.
