RBC-Ukraine writes about this with reference to the words of the adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovych.

It is practically standing still and has problems with logistics, fuel, ammunition and other types. Naked, barefoot occupiers" said Arestovych.
