"Orsk" Burned In Berdyansk Used To Participate In Occupation Of Crimea

The information about the participation of the Russian landing ship "Orsk" in the occupation of Crimea appeared two years ago. Now the Armed Forces of Ukraine got even with the invaders.

Thus, on Thursday, March 24, the AFU reported that "Orsk" was destroyed in the port of Berdyansk, temporarily occupied by the Russians. It is known that the ship arrived in the Ukrainian town on March 21. It was supposed to deliver military equipment to the invaders.

"Orsk" has already been at war against Ukraine

This is not the first participation of "Orsk" in military actions against Ukraine. Back in January 2020, volunteers of the international intelligence community InformNapalm found out that the Russian Black Sea Fleet ship was involved in the takeover of Crimea.

At that time, the activists studied the Russian military's profiles on social networks, where they discovered that one of the Orsk sailors had received a medal "For the Return of Crimea". The same medal was awarded to the ship's commander Sergey Skvortsov. It was under his command that the ship's crew took part in the aggression against Ukraine in 2014.

The information about the "awarding" of the rest of the Orsk sailors has also been confirmed.
