A criminal case under the article on treason against the state was initiated against Dzmitry Uulin. It is reported that until 2012 he served in the Armed Forces, Brest Spring writes.
The story about him was shown by the Brest propaganda channel.
Upon the resignation, the man lived and worked in Tashkent. After 2020, he allegedly “became an agent of the Ukrainian special services,” for which he was detained.
In a video shown on state television, Dzmitry himself says that the Ukrainians were interested in the information regarding the deployment of Russian units on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, what they do, where they launch missiles.
As follows from the video, Hulin was charged under Article 356 of the Criminal Code (treason against the state). This article provides for up to 15 years in prison.
