Consequences Of Explosions In Sevastopol For Moscow

Russia faces a dilemma.

The Kremlin has claimed that the drones that attacked Sevastopol Bay were allegedly brought in through the "grain corridor" and withdrew from the grain export agreement. In fact, Russia had been building such a scenario from the very beginning.

For example, when the grain agreement was signed, Russians had the thesis that Ukraine should not import weapons through the "grain corridor". Valeriy Klochok, a political expert and head of the Bashnya Centre for Public Analytics, told Channel 24 about this.

In his opinion, Russia's cancellation of the grain agreement is quite expected. For the Kremlin authorities, this is a "trump card" they are taking out today to put pressure on the rest of the world and force our state to give up.

Klotchok noted that carrying out such a successful operation as destroying the enemy's fleet behind its lines was the reason why the aggressor country got nervous.

"Russia faces a dilemma - either it completely loses the peace of the fleet in the Black Sea region, and it is already at this stage, or it needs to take it out to Novorossiysk," the political expert said.

For Russians this is an important political and military issue. They are losing considerably in the war with our state, so the withdrawal from the grain deal is another blackmail of the Kremlin.
