Dictator Prohibited To Go Begging In Europe

It is worth raising the issue of imposing sanctions against Russian legal entities.

The dictator was forbidden to go begging in Europe, therefore an attempt was made to borrow money in Russia.

The Ministry of Finance will make an agreement on the provision of services for organizing the issue of government bonds of Belarus, denominated in the currency of Russia and issued on the territory of the Russian Federation. This is provided for by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers #358 of June 24, 2021.

The document lists 10 Russian banks: Gazprombank, BCS Bank, VTB Capital, Moscow Credit Bank, Russian Agricultural Bank, Joint-Stock Commercial Bank for Promoting Commerce and Business, Sovcombank, Promsvyazbank , AK BARS, and Univer Capital.

In our opinion, it is worth raising the issue of imposing sanctions against Russian legal entities, allowing the dictator's entourage to continue borrowing money abroad.
