Russia does not intend to supply oil to the Belarusian refinery in the third quarter of this year.
Russia plans to export 51.86 million tons of oil in the third quarter of this year. According to the documents, the Navapolatsk refinery (Naftan) won't receive oil at all. Only 2.36 million tons of raw materials will be supplied to the Mazyr refinery, reports interfax.by.
In the second quarter of this year, Belarusian oil refineries of Navapolatsk and Mazyr received 2.25 million tons of black gold from Russia.
Back in May this year, amid the adoption of sanctions against Belnautakhim by the United States, Russian suppliers of raw materials practically stopped supplying oil to Naftan.
After his visit to Sochi, Lukashenka said that he allegedly managed to reach an agreement with Putin on oil supplies. The Kremlin did not react to these statements. Now it turns out that there were no such agreements in reality.
