The Ukrainian authorities will look for another city.
The Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group will not visit Minsk after the quarantine has been lifted. She intends to look for another negotiating platform. Deputy Prime Minister - Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Alexei Reznikov said this on the air of the Freedom of Speech program on ICTV, Interfax reports.
- We have categorically announced that we will not participate in the meetings of the Trilateral Contact Group if quarantine suddenly ends and it will be proposed to continue these consultations as before, directly in Minsk. We explained that the Ukrainian delegation will not send its members of the delegation to Minsk for meetings in real life, you will still have to look for another country, another city.
Reznikov explained this by the fact that now Belarus is under the influence of the Russian Federation, and therefore, there is no trust in this country.
Now, due to quarantine restrictions, the meetings of the contact group are held in the videoconference mode.
