13 Tons Of Salted Herring Not Allowed Into Russia From Belarus

Rosselkhoznadzor has banned the transportation of the cargo and sent it back.
Rosselkhoznadzor inspectors stopped a shipment of salted uncut herring in the village of Dalostsy on the Belarusian-Russian border. 12.9 tons of the product was taken to St. Petersburg, reports the press service of the Russian service.
The inspectors did not like the sanitary condition of the cargo compartment of the vehicle, where there were puddles (drips) on the floor, resembling saturated brine by organoleptic characteristics. The product was made by a Belarusian company.
Rosselkhoznadzor banned the transportation of cargo and sent it back.
