The dictator behaves as an offended child, who hates everyone around: “Just to spite Grandma, I’ll freeze my ears off!” It would have been okay if he decided only for himself. But all of us are his hostages now.

Ignore mass events, avoid crowded places, and, best of all, stay at home. Your health is more important than that!
