One of the companies of the Serbian businessmen Karić brothers, who are known for their friendship with Lukashenka, decided to mortgage the capital building at the address Piotr Mstsislavets Street 11, Minsk. This is a shopping and entertainment center Dana Mall, according to Office Life.

The building is mortgaged against two bond issues totaling more than $ 61.9 million. This is approximately 49% of the value of the object. Colliers International Consulting (a division of Colliers International) valued Dana Mall in May 2019 at approximately $ 126.6 million.

The total area of the center is more than 96 thousand square meters. Of these, the parking lot occupies 21 thousand squares, a casino - 764, a cinema - 3.6 thousand, etc.

At the same time, Dana Mall was mortgaged not only under bonds, but also under a loan from BPS-Sberbank. Its amount is not known to reporters. However, it is known that in 2018 this bank and Zomex Investment entered into a deal to redeem bonds worth more than 234.5 million rubles.
