Human rights activist Raman Kisliak gave a comment to Radio Racyja about this:

– The year has been passing under the sign of the conflict between the public and the battery factory, the authorities. There have been detentions, prosecutions and fines because of this conflict. There have been a lot of violations. People want to express their opinions, their protest, because they do not agree. But the authorities in every way try not to allow the dissemination of information for us to attract supporters. And when a rally dedicated to this topic was allowed, about 2 thousand people came.
